Ze Gao is an interdisciplinary artist and researcher based in Hong Kong and New York. He studied Multidisciplinary Arts at the Maryland Institute College of Art and earned an MFA from the School of Visual Arts in New York. With a background in Art and Technology, his work spans diverse fields, including AI-generated content (AIGC), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Museum Narratives, Entertainment Design, and Mixed Reality. Ze's academic research has been published in leading venues such as ACM SIGGRAPH Asia, ACM CHI, ACM Ubicomp, ACM TEI, ACM DIS, IEEE VR, and ISEA. His interdisciplinary art projects have been showcased at top-tier computer science conferences, international art galleries, and prestigious competitions. Highlights include features at SIGGRAPH Asia, CVPR, DIS, ISEA, ARTeFACTo, and China VISAP, as well as accolades such as the Red Dot Design Award, the Lumen Prize, and NTU-GDAP.
